It will create a movie (probably with sound in the new version) as well as allow you to copy / paste (internally and externally) the individual bmp's of the movie. It also has a snap shot mode.

Hope it serves dual purposes a demo movie as well as allow you to pluck out images for the documentation.

For simple snap shots you can also use IrfanView http://www.irfanview.com/
