Interesting that you have worked on flight simulation software. My brother has been doing the same for the past 20+ years, first for the U.S. Navy and then for private companies the Navy subbed (sorry) the work out to. It's very low level stuff, right down to chip gates, much more low level than I have done. Oh yes, I was there at the "silica face" :-)
