I need to create something that will allow me to schedule some VFP apps to automaticly run.

Has anyone written a scheduler type of thing for VFP? I wrote one a few years ago but I don't have it anymore.
Perhaps there is a way to use the windows scheduler via VFP? Anyone have any ideas? I remember how long it took me to write this before (the screen to let you pick the scheduled times was a MAJOR pain in the as_.) and I don't wanna have to go though it again....
