I have an app that has been installed about 2,500 times with no issues since Nov. 1, 2006. Never once have I heard of this problem.

I just got off the phone with a person and the app seems to install (using Wise installer) with no issues, but this VFP 7.1 app doesn't run correctly on his computer. He has a 2 month old Tiger Direct house brand I think, with 2 gig RAM and probably fastest AMD thingy out there. It is using Win XP Pro with Service Pack 2.

As soon as he starts the app, it says files are missing, etc. whereas they are definately on the HD. It seems like the program is receiving bad info form the OS about files missing, etc.

Anyone have a suggestion on this. I know its not a CD install issue, as they also installed from a Web setup.exe with the same issues.
