They are NOT A THREAT. They HAVE NO SERIOUS MILITARY CAPABILITY. Well, all right, then. I feel so much better.

I hope I'm wrong but think this was a significant event. What I particularly didn't like about it was the element of crowing -- "If we can hit a satellite in space, we can surely manage to hit a continent."

I'm sure they know what they are writing about and the news about the Chinese destroying a satellite is simply a fabrication :o)
