I already had MainMenu in form.
After I added MenuStrip to form. So I was able to add items to MenuStrip by looking item in MainMenu.
After migration I deleted MainMenu from form.

I havent tried programmatic merge.
Merge controlled properties are not implemented so I do'nt belive that this works.

I expect that automatic merge will implemented in MONO in no later than in summer. I'm planning to release my app after that.
