To make the numbers straigh, there are about 3,700 potential customers. For our current range, we have about 200 potential customers (yearly sales > 1.5 MM) and we currently have 120 of them. From the 80 left, 50 can't use our software because they should use some corporate software (usually from Argentina). So we have only 30 possible customers. But there are 3,500 business that were too small for us before! They are served by about 7 competitors, who were relegated from the big leages by us when we closed deals with Kraft and Colgate-Palmolive . They have a huge market and it seems that the only reasonable market entrance we can do for them is to enter to the "small" market niche with a free product of superior quality and then begin to get new business form current users of the free software.
