In VFP 7 run

SELECT * FROM MyClassLib.VCX INTO TABLE NewClassLib.VCX

Then backup the original file and rename the new file to match the old file's name. If there's really a memo field error, this should make it disappear. You might want to check, though, if any data has been lost.
