No, that's included in the "stay healthy" part :). IOW, feel well and don't need them. In case there's anything major, I can always fly to Serbia and have any of that for tenth of the price. The only risk is to be unable to fly - in which case I'm probably equally screwed no matter where I am.

And I'm not inventing the price ratio. In 2005 we went there for a vacation, and had some dental work done, compared the prices here and it's really around 1:10.
