I believe the 3.0 docs had a section devoted to this. Possibly the 5.0 docs do as well. Basically, you can format your help file in word with some special formats like undescore and etc. Then, you save it in RTF (I think, it's been a while since I last did this) and then run the help file compiler suppled with VFP.

An easier way would be to get a utility to do this for you. There are probably "hundreds" to choose from at www.shareware.com.
