Basically, you can pull your DataTable out of the session object, iterate its columns and compare it to the value in your user interface controls:
DataTable MyDataTable = (DataTable)Session["MyDataTable"];
foreach (DataColumn Column in MyDataTable.Columns)
{
   // Compare the column's value to the corresponding UI control
}
