Not easily, but you may try with a listbox http://support.microsoft.com/kb/157048/en-us

You can also put your checkboxes close to the memo field on each line (you may calculate checkboxes positions in run-time using txtwidth and number of lines in the memo).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
