Well that's how I normally do it.
There is a timestamp field in the mySQL database and my routine deletes records more than 7 days old, but for some reason it looks like either a few 100 records that shouldn't of been deleted were, or the person who pulled the data down simply messed up. There is no place for the user to enter the 'delete from' date, and I steped though my program to make sure all the paramaters for my remote view looked correct which they are.
I'm begining to think its a 'human factor' problem.
