By what measure?

If you're wealthy and have the time to pursue the best care, yes.

If you are an average citizen like most, by most measures no.

One good indicator of this is life expectancy and the US certainly does not lead on that measure.

Oh, and whatever you do, don't lose your job. Like that is totally within your control.

An interesting note, I read a statistic that in the US only 4% of physicians manage to be in practice for 25 years without getting sued.
