The problem with drinking Coke at any time is phosphorous. It hijacks the calcium in your system on its way to your bones and redirects it straight to the intestines. You end up with a weaker bone structure. Many years ago when I was in high school, a friend broke his arm, and it was taking an inordinately long time to heal. At the time I suspected it was because he drank Pepsi in the morning instead of milk like the rest of us goody-goodies. Now I understand why.
