Jim,

I'll take that as general concurrence with my prior statement.

I am simply trying to save people the same hardship I had when I took the docs and publications to heart and assumed that I could design a certain system with OUT PROCESS servers and handle a coupla hundred terminals.
It was most frustrating coming to the conclusion that it cannot be done, at least not without needing to adopt a host of other products to support the objective in the first place.

Cheers,

Jim N

>VFP6 addresses some of those issues. In VFP6 you can pass Variant Arrays around and it works much better with ADO than 5.0 does.
