The "mister" thing isn't used here.
But I have heard, many times, that Radiologists are the highest paid of all medical staffers here in Canada.
I guess it's similar in the U.S. as they've started a trend there to transmit images to India for reading by experts there, at a small fraction of the cost. Personally I would be most upset if I got wind mine had been read by that method!
