I didn't mean it has to be flavo(u)red and obviously that is not the best way. I have just had better luck getting my daughters to drink milk if it's chocolate or strawberry. Not meaning I suggest that, but it they resist white milk and will drink chocolate, OK, fine. They still get their calcium.

>>For those with daughters, this is worth saying: make them drink milk! If it has to be chocolate or strawberry milk, lose that small battle. Studies have shown strong inverse links between osteoporosis as old ladies and calcium consumption as a child.

>>>The problem with drinking Coke at any time is phosphorous. It hijacks the calcium in your system on its way to your bones and redirects it straight to the intestines. You end up with a weaker bone structure. Many years ago when I was in high school, a friend broke his arm, and it was taking an inordinately long time to heal. At the time I suspected it was because he drank Pepsi in the morning instead of milk like the rest of us goody-goodies. Now I understand why.
