I have been searching for it myself. The MS Knowledge Base gives several references to the file, but I have been unable to get to it. According to MS, the bugs in the setup wizard were fixed in ver. 5,0a. It may be easier for you to order the 'a' release. As far as I know, the upgrade is only $24.95 from MS. If I run across the file, I'll give you a yell.
