I remember that routine. "You can even make French fries; but you gotta hit that sucker just right". In fact, I'm pretty sure that it was during that routine (at least, on tv) that he did the California line.

He's got a couple of videos on youtube (you have to type in 'Gallagher comedian' in the search or you'll get a lot of junk). One of them is his beach rover invention. It's pretty neat.
