We do have them here. I tried them, liked them but stopped eating them because they are low in fiber and got high glycemic content.

I prefer the organic bran, oats with yogurt or some organic high fiber cereals (greenish box, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods sell them), or Barbara's brand of cereals.
