Out of that list only the olive could be considered healthy as it is a source of fiber and mono-unsaturated fats; however, cheese and butter are healthier than their analogues, they are still sources of trans-fats and unsaturated fats. Milk-cream, sausage and smoked beef are all bad for you. Make sure you know what your're talking about before you spout nonsense.
