I use a few DBI tools for calendars. Tracy pointed out http://www.exontrol.com/index.jsp a while back that i now use as well. They have a nice gantt chart calendar control that has a treeview on the left pane that u can expand collapse. That one is http://www.exontrol.com/exg2antt.jsp. Better printing functionality than DBI's version. But it may be overkill too.

I just need simple bar graphs showing when a resource is engaged vs. when it is free. I wish DBI had a scaled-down version. There don't seem to be many other players in the Scheduling application market though....
