What I did is run the setup wizard on a directory that just had a text file in it. This creates 3 disks worth of files. I upload the files to the computer that's going to be running the program, and run the setup. This installs everything the exe needs to run, but nothing else. From there, I just put the exectuables and whatever else I need by hand where I want it to go.

This is good if you're in a situation like me where the execs are constantly being updated. Then you only need to run the setup wizard once.
