I have users some of vfp+dbf some of fpd+dbf and some of vfp+sql server. My sql server users never met data corruptions even power failures (ups failures).
There are a lot of reasons for index and data corruptions. I see best solution is use vfp with sqlserver. dbf files are trouble every time...
When I was using foxpro dos + novell with netware.plb, my customers wasn't see data or index problems. Netware.plb was an excellent library...
