Hi to all

Here in the company I work in we are about to start the implementation of a new business area, which will have its own production and data processing lab.
All the client software will be developed in Visual FoxPro, over WinNT and in a brief future over SQL Server. Some of the software will be developed by a third party company, another block will be bought to a local vendor and we will develop the rest of the modules, and we will need to make all the interfaces between the software blocks too.
The main business of the company is life insurance.
If somebody out of there can give us advice or opinions about the best way to accomplish this, please answer this message. Do any of you know specific methodologies for doing and documenting this kind of development, or have ever done something similar to this?
