I have an annoying compilation error on one of my sites. All the other .NET sites on the server are working ok. But, one site is complaining with this:

Compiler Error Message: BC2017: could not find library 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\5b44e8e3\20226fea\App_Web_6nlack0t.dll'

How one should be able to resolve such an issue?
