For small town BC, and I think small town Canada it is
- breakfast, dinner, supper
For the city and young people it is
- breakfast, lunch, dinner

This often confuses my dad. I might say that I am driving up and will be up by dinner... this is often met with silence as he tries to figure out when that will be.
