>I believe I have run into the same problem myself. If I remember correctly, I just deleted the file from the ASP.NET temp folder. So, in your case, deleting the file App_Web_6nlack0t.dll might work.

If it is in the temp directory, yes, next time, if I ever have this situation again, I will try removing it. It is interesting however to see that Google doesn't find anything on that file.
