Agreed. There is no denying that point. It is a valid one. Still, while his criticism of the current leadership and policies of the U.S. are spot on and welcome (criticism is the primary way our country keeps improving afterall), I read unwarranted criticism and belittling of the U.S. during WWII. The two are separate incidents, separate administrations, and separate generations. He cannot justify his belittling of the U.S. during WWII by pointing to the current administration and its actions.
