A bit off the subject but...

Last weekend I was in Memphis. While out for meals I noticed everybody was drinking something they referred to as "Sweet Tea". Interested in new things I ordered a glass of it. After the first sip I realized that this Memphis favorite was only regular tea with a whole lot of sugar. I turned to people I was with and asked them what was special about this local drink. They told me that there was nothing special, just that it was very popular in Memphis. The funny part of the this story is that itt is not new to me. Last summer I showed my wife how to make "Sun Tea". You get a large pickle jar, fill it nearly full off water, throw a half dozen tea bags in it, and place outside in the sun. At the end of the day, you bring it in, and remove the tea bags, and add whole lot of suger. Place in the refrig to cool off. Wait, isn't this "Sweet Tea"?
