Hey, my mum was there last August, and she nearly died in the heat, airlessness and humidity. Couldn't bear it. Sure you shouldn't have gone for your interview in the Summer? :-)

While, I was not at my desk more then 15 minutes when the phone rang and it was the Memphis people. They explained that they had just finished there other interviews, and had decided (unanimously) to offer the position to me at the term I asked for. I am so happy. They are so cool, they are paying for nearly everything involved with moving me and get settled in once we arrive.
