There are things in life that do not make any sense. Here is one. A Montreal employer is seeking a contractor. The title is clear. It says "Project Manager". This is a six month contract. The requirement mentions three years in project managing minimum. The hourly rate is 26.31$ to 39.80$. Please, take a deep breath and start laughing after. It is because of availabilities like that that the consulting is going down in Montreal. It was known that in Canada, the consulting was not respected by many big corporations. But, this one is way off limit.
