Try removing the reference to Mere Mortals Framework Automation 2005.cll from your web application--it's not needed for web apps. You can do this by right-clicking your web project folder and selecting Property Pages from the shortcut menu. In the References tab remove reference to this assembly. Also check your web.config file to make sure it's not referenced there either.
