Make sure you have the latest update to 5.0. The original 5.0 release had several bugs relating to print preview. I'm not sure yours is one of them, but it's worth a try. To see if you have the latest version, type ?VERSION() at the command window. The last four digits returned should be 0415. If you get a lower number, go to http://www.microsoft.com/vstudio/sp and order or download Visual Studio Service Pack 3.
