I actually found this Re: Validating Record on Grid with Row Table Buffering Thread #1057836 Message #1057898, so perhaps I need to add logic in BRCC as well.

The problem with disabling would be even more complex, since I would have to re-enable it <g>

UPDATE. It worked nicely with BRCC.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
