Well in each government there will be something nag about. But the distrust in the government seems to be deeply engraved in the NA society, while up here, though we certainly nag about the spending of the government, we also benefit of the provisions they made for us.

I'd rather pay to my government rather than to a big foreign multinational which will spend my money on the carribean beach in a multi million euro villa, with a big car in front of it. Call it lack of the american dream..
