Ohh! Don't go there. If you plan to debate evolution and creationism you better be cognizant of some basic biology. What you just said is pure creationist talking points and shows little knowledge of biology (and anatomy too). There is no "confluence of gases" to create a human eye. If you want to debate, first read some decent books on the subject. I would recommend "The Blind Watchmaker" by Richard Dawkins.

As for "our body is perfect", it is certainly not!
Consider how inadequate the backup systems are, when we have two lungs, two eyes, two kidneys, but only one heart and one spinal cord.
Also, what's with the appendix? Why is it there such a useless appendage if it "were perfect"?

As I said, before debating the virtues of creationism, be sure you understand enough of both sides to make an informed comment.
