Comparing is not the same as saying "they are equal". Comparing is a process of finding the similarities (I had conversations of similar length with all of you) and differences (I did point out the different methods of insertion of religion into the dispute, didn't I?).

Oh, I've changed my views a number of times on a number of issues. As I learn more about things. I was even considering the possibility of existence of a supreme being for a while, and the issue of determinism vs free will. To which I concluded it inconclusive - cannot be proven either positively or negatively, ergo irrelevant. If I choose to not believe, it's either predetermined (by a god or whatever) or my free will, the result is the same, I do not believe.

I just don't take any religious "facts" to be facts.

I know that it's my habit to answer "A or B" questions with a yes, but only when I think the actual answer should include both somehow. Is that what you're suggesting?

If it's a gift, it's coming from one partner to another, IMO. But if every living being is created by this god guy, why is sex mandatory for that? Can't he do it without our funny movements?
