When they came home from their first USA tour, about thirty thousand people was waiting at the airport hoping to get a look at them. The massive hysteria which always followed them probably never will be surpassed. If you consider the continuous pressure they had, it's amazing how much great music they made.

There even is a monument not far from where I live, because they gave a concert up there some 40 odd years ago. Remember this monument was placed only a few years ago. I won't see that happen for any other group (no the rolling stones have visited holland too many times).
