I have a query that was running slow, so I went into SQL Query Analyzer and ran the Index Tuning Wizard. I saw a dramatic increase of 96% and the query that used to take over a minute now runs in just 4 seconds.

My problem is I am not seeing this improved performance in my C# application. When I execute the query from code, it still takes over a minute. Is there anything I need to do in code to take advantage of the new index that was created?
