O, the user starts the thread will be moderator of that thread (only for subdivision).
This is good idea but I doubt that somebody will take care about managing the thread i.e. I started the thread after a 20 postings I am lost my interest and even didn't read that thread then what? Also it is not so easy to do with the program.
