You are correct that this does not relate to my problem... I will give a little more detail of the problem:
This report does work and displays properly using the PREVIEW clause, but as I said, when you press the print icon it only prints the las detail band, and furthermore, this only happens on the first page of the report (a new page prints for each invoice), the remaining pages print correctly.
