Rajesh,
most dot matrix printers today default to print in graphics mode which is very slow. The best way to fix this is to install the printer as a generic printer in windows and then find the setup codes for the printer you are using. These will be in the manual that comes with the printer. Use the codes to set the printer to one of the built in fonts. The difference in speed is dramatic.
