Yes, that was it. A little tricky to track down and correct, even with HackCX, but I'm able to open the form now.

I also re-learned a lesson here -- I have backup copies of all my program directories stored on my disk, and wthings go absolutely haywire when, if attempted to revert to one of those backup copies, I open it and then re-save it into the current directory. Turns out all the classloc references are relative references, and they still point to where the original was. (I can see where there would be circumstances where this made sense).

The right way to do this, in my circumstance, I now know, is to copy/paste the form using Windows Explorer.
