When the Agent button is pressed to display the list of messages for Word Serching and Subscribed Users, that list is initally displayed in descending date order. That feature is fine as it exists.

My suggestion relates to the results when I click on the arrows to sort ascending or descending by Title. I would like to see the index ignore the first four characters of the title, but only when those first four characters are "Re: ".

For example, now you get:

Data Design Problem
How do you print
Problem with XML
Re: Data Design Problem
Re: How do you print
Re: Problem with XML
Re: Problem with XML
Re: Right Justified Label
Re: Variable not in scope?
Right Justified Label
Variable not in scope?

It would be more useful if the initial message were sorted to be next to the replies of the same thread, like this:

Data Design Problem
Re: Data Design Problem
How do you print
Re: How do you print
Problem with XML
Re: Problem with XML
Re: Problem with XML
Right Justified Label
Re: Right Justified Label
Variable not in scope?
Re: Variable not in Scope
