You probably can install on a lot of newer computers, but you likely will not have drivers for a LOT of new hardware since manufacturers are not real excited about wasting resources creating drivers for obsolete, non-supported OS's, leaving it entirely likely that though 95 runs (crashes slowly, actually) it is almost useless due to no hardware driver support.
