I guess I'll go thru the process of getting the client to agree which button should be which bmp.

I'm thinking seriously of doing a combo button with a default prompt on it and a down arrow to the side of the button and when clicked it pulls down a menu listing all the prompts for the button. Similar to how IE4 back button works.
Whatever button menu item is selected would stay as the button's new default prompt and action.
