That's English for you - both expressions have too many other meanings. "Stuffed" is also used for "stuffed dead animals", something forced into a container, stuffed nose, and overeating.

"(very) well fed" is more a positive comment on how they treat you (as opposed to "they didn't feed us well there, only junk food") than "not hungry anymore".

There's no simple word for "sitiy".
