Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 will handle this task as well, and it's *free*. You can run any number of "virtual hard drive" machines running any number of OS builds. I have VHD's with a "raw" install of XP, 2000, and even Win98 that I use for testing my apps (load the app onto a copy of the VHD, test it, then throw away the copy). My mother uses a VHD of DOS 6.22 (don't laugh) to run an old canine geneaology program that she's used for over ten years and doesn't want to give up (and the guy who wrote it died, so she can't get a Windows version).

Only bad thing -- you need a decent amount of memory (1GB or more) and a (bleep)load of hard drive space (about 4GB per VHD) to really make VPC sing.
